Oakdene are proud to announce that Joanne Laird has been promoted to Home Manager. Joanne has worked at Oakdene for 17 years and a nurse for over 35 years. She was a nurse at Oakdene before becoming the home's Assistant Manager. Joanne has worked hard over the years and has given total commitment and dedication to the residents over this time and has now been rewarded for her total professionalism and dedication to the home. We would like to wish Joanne all the best for the future and look forward to working with her for years to come.

We would like to congratulate our very own Annemarie on winning the 'Behind the Scenes' award at the Lincolnshire Care Awards, held at a prestigious awards ceremony. Our activities coordinator Lyn was also a nominated finalist. It was a great night for all those who attended, whether finalists or not.
